About Lee Curtis

A clear plan changes the whole experience.

Buying or selling a home comes with enough uncertainty already. My job is to replace that uncertainty with honest advice, a clear strategy, and a plan you understand from start to finish.

Lee Curtis, Omaha real estate agent with Realty ONE Group Sterling

I don’t try to convince people I’m the best agent in Omaha. I try to give them the clearest plan.

How I approach the work

Strategy before luck

Real estate is a series of decisions.

Pricing, preparation, timing, negotiation, and what to do when the plan changes all shape the outcome. Many of the most important decisions happen before the first showing, before the first offer, or before a buyer ever falls in love with a house.

That is why I focus on helping people make decisions in the right order. You should know what I recommend, why I recommend it, and what the tradeoffs are. Sometimes the right advice is to move quickly. Sometimes it is to wait, fix less, spend less, or walk away.

The goal is not to create pressure. It is to replace uncertainty with a plan you understand and can act on with confidence.

Life in Omaha

Real estate is the work. Omaha is home.

My wife and I are raising our three kids in the Omaha metro because this is home. It is where we work, where we spend our weekends, and where we are building our future together.

That perspective shapes the way I approach real estate. A home is rarely just a financial decision. It is where families gather, kids grow up, careers change, and new chapters begin.

I became a real estate agent because I enjoy helping people make good decisions during those important moments. My goal is to give honest advice, explain the options clearly, and help people move forward with confidence instead of uncertainty.

What working with me looks like

Clear advice without the sales pressure.

You deserve an agent who explains the reasoning, tells you what I actually see, and stays focused on the decision in front of you. If you are comparing agents, my guide to choosing the right real estate agent in Omaha gives you the questions I would ask before signing an agreement.

01

Straight answers

I will tell you what I think, including the risks and tradeoffs, so you can make an informed decision instead of hearing only what sounds good.

02

A plan in the right order

Preparation, pricing, financing, timing, and negotiation work better when each decision supports the next one.

03

Calm advocacy

I will keep you informed, protect your interests, and help you respond thoughtfully when the transaction becomes complicated.

Local knowledge, community by community

The Omaha metro is not one housing market.

I work across Douglas and Sarpy Counties, helping clients compare established neighborhoods, new construction, acreages, commute patterns, local competition, and the different tradeoffs that come with each part of the metro.

The city name matters less than the specific neighborhood, property, price, and plan. That is the level where useful real estate advice begins.

Where the plan starts

Different moves need different answers.

Selling a home

Know the value, preparation, and likely outcome before you list.

I will help you understand what your home is worth, what is worth fixing, how current competition affects the strategy, and what you are likely to keep after the sale.

Buying a home

Understand the home and the decision before you write the offer.

I will help you compare neighborhoods, recent sales, condition, total ownership cost, and how to make a strong offer without paying more than you need to.

Let’s talk about your next move.

Whether you are planning to buy, sell, or simply have questions about the Omaha market, I am happy to give you straightforward advice, even if your move is still months away.
