Papillion lists Ponderosa Place among its approved developments. The city’s development summary identifies 100 single-family, 122 attached single-family, 284 multifamily and 137 row-house units. A final plat request was also on the September 30, 2026 Planning Commission agenda, reflecting continued development activity.
