Omaha new construction

Landmark Performance Homes in Omaha

Landmark Performance Homes is an Omaha custom builder with more than 30 years of local building history and more than 900 homes built. Its current footprint includes Elkhorn, Gretna, Bennington, Valley, Papillion, and other metro communities, with both custom projects and homes already under construction. Current lot activity includes Spruce Ridge.

Current footprint

Landmark is active in several west-metro communities.

Current builder materials show activity in Blue Sage Creek, Blondo Point, Aspen Creek North, Bluewater, Ruscello, Spruce Abbey, and other Omaha-area neighborhoods.

Elkhorn

Blue Sage Creek, Blondo Point, Bluestem Meadows, Spruce Abbey, and other west-Omaha locations.

Gretna & Papillion

Aspen Creek North, Ruscello, Ashbury Hills, and other south/west metro opportunities.

Valley & custom lots

Bluewater and custom-build opportunities beyond Landmark’s featured neighborhood list.

Plans and current homes

Landmark builds ranch, 1.5-story, two-story, and fully custom homes.

Current homes-in-progress include custom and named plans across a range of styles. That means buyers should compare the actual home and lot rather than assume two Landmark builds will have the same scope, finish level, or price structure.

Useful reminder: Landmark’s own materials note that pricing and availability can change. I compare the current specifications, change-order structure, lot premium, basement finish, landscaping, appliances, window coverings, taxes, and competing resale inventory before treating a quoted number as the final comparison.

Street of Dreams

Landmark is one of the six builders in the 2027 Street of Dreams at Blondo Point.

The Metro Omaha Builders Association lists Landmark Performance Homes among the six builders participating in the July 2027 Street of Dreams at Blondo Point in Elkhorn. That creates a direct connection between Landmark and one of the site’s highest-priority new-construction subdivision guides.

Representation and inspections

Bring your own plan into the builder process.

If you want your own agent representing you, involve that agent before registering, selecting a lot, or beginning negotiations. Builder policies differ, and it is easier to preserve your options when representation is established early.

I also treat inspections and walkthroughs as quality-control steps. New construction can still have incomplete work, installation issues, or punch-list items that are better identified before closing.
